Yvo is specialized in total reward projects from designing up to implementation and measuring of effectiveness. In September 2016 Yvo joined Focus Orange as a Consultant in the Total Rewards practice. He helps organisations optimizing the return on their rewards investment. Yvo holds a master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Utrecht University. He started his working career as a Reward Analyst within Hay Group. After learning the compensation & benefits basics in this role, he was responsible for setting up reward benchmarks and surveys for various clients. As Account Manager he helped organisations overcoming all kind of compensation & benefits challenges by providing them with valuable advice and information.
