In-person Learning Events – Update Compliance Requirements
An engaging series of three (3) in-person workshops where you’ll master HR Global Mobility Compliance requirements through real-world case studies.
The full-day sessions will cover the key HR GM disciplines: Global Compensation, Dutch Immigration, International Labor Law, cross-border Income Taxation, International Social Security and Global Mobility Payroll.
The workshops will take place in April, June/July and October. The exact dates will be determined in consultation with the participants.
The Global Mobility Compliance Navigator
The Navigator is your digital companion that transforms complex HR Global Mobility Compliance challenges into clear, actionable steps. You'll gain insights into critical compliance matters through targeted Tools (e.g. videos, podcasts, case studies, ebooks, online peer discussions), and the detailed roadmaps and strategic checklists will help you

Test Yourself Routine
Using the MemoTrainer app, Q&A tests allow participants to detect and eliminate gaps in knowledge while refreshing and expanding their expertise. The participant receives feedback on the answer and can if desired, switch to video lessons, manuals, and tests to delve deeper into the subject in question.
Participation in the online Peer-Discussion Meetings
In a weekly, 30-minute, live online meeting, HR GM colleagues can exchange experiences and best practices with each other. If desired, external experts are invited to answer questions and explain important developments.
The Expatise Educate Yourself Portal
The Expatise Educate Yourself Portal contains single-topic e-learning courses that allow the participant to gain targeted knowledge about specific HR GM topics in a short time. Participants have unlimited access to manuals, checklists, video lessons, tests, MemoTraining, libraries, and communities and receive a certificate after completing a course.
The Portal currently consists of the following sections with a total of more than 100 courses:

Priority Access Weekly Webinars
On Mondays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, a live online presentation is given (max 30 minutes) on specific Global Mobility topics by members of the Expatise Faculty. After the presentation, there is an opportunity to ask the teacher questions. The topics for these webinars are selected in consultation with the participants and teachers.
At the beginning of each month, participants receive an overview of the topics that will be covered in that month. The lessons are recorded and stored in The Expatise Educate Yourself Portal, which remains available 24/7/365.
Investment
Participants pay only €1,500 ex VAT per person per 12 months. Discounts are available for multiple participants of the same organization.
