Tertius Middeldorp

Tertius has many years of experiences as C&B expert and manager. He started his career as head of C&B at ARCADIS, and was senior C&B consultant of the largest Employer organization in the Netherlands for more than a decade. Currently Tertius is Manager Compensation at Royal DSM. His specialisation is C&B in relation to reorganizations and communication projects.
