Nathalie is Manager Workforce Transformation at Vialto Partners. With two master degrees in Educational Theory and Human Resource Management, Nathalie has 10+ years of international work experience in a variety of sectors and organisations. In her career, she has focused on various aspects of HR consulting, such as L&D, D&I, reward and HR digitization.
With the experience of living and working abroad herself, Nathalie is passionate about Global Mobility. During her career, she has therefore moved her focus towards international HR Management, linking Global Mobility with the business strategy and HR strategy.Nathalie advises companies on developing their HR/GM function, strategy, policies, governance and processes, and guides companies through HR transformations, such as mergers & acquisitions, HQ relocations and HR/GM function set-up.
Nathalie joined the Expatise Faculty in 2024.
