Ingrid is a manager in the Workforce Transformation service line of Vialto Partners. She is experienced in HR Transformation and Global Mobility consulting, working in a variety of different roles. She started her career focusing on transformational projects, assisting companies with the HR and Global Mobility implications of global company restructurings such as a merger and a move of headquarters to the Netherlands. She has extensive experience in working with organisations through change; e.g. by setting up policies and managing processes, managing stakeholders, comms & change management & project management.
In more recent years she has shifted focus towards working with companies on Global Mobility Transformation projects, working on mobility programme reviews, operating model design projects, user experience projects and designing global mobility policy frameworks and policy documents.
Ingrid joined the Expatise Faculty in 2022.
