He advised on more than 100 Mobility Strategies & Policies from various industries with nearly 20 years professional services experience working out of five different countries, and developed specific Strategies for localisation, repatriation, outsourcing and effective exception management in Mobility, He advised clients in 34 countries, among them 20 of the Dax 30.


Chris is former EY EMEIA leader for Mobility Advisory, Group Relocations and Global Employment Organisations and holds a Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Business School Pforzheim, Germany.


He is author of multiple publications in German and English and a frequent speaker at mobility events. He lectures on Global Mobility at Erasmus University Rotterdam and HWZ business school Zurich.


Chris joined the Expatise Faculty in 2016.
