Carlo is Chairman of the Knowledge Centre International Wages and Income Tax at the Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst). He is also free lance teacher on the subjects International Income and Wage Tax, Expats, international Pensions, severance payments and financial planning at the universities of Maastricht and Rotterdam and the International Bureau for Fiscal Documentation.
Carlo has developed the Expat Game, a serious gaming tool which shows and explains the many subjects an international employer and its employee have to deal with in cross border assignments.
Carlo is a member of the Expatise Faculty since 2013.
