Bas Dieleman

Bas is a Principal Associate in the Eversheds-Sutherland Employment, Labor & Pension Group working for ES Advisory in Rotterdam.

Within the field of pensions, he specialises in

(1) setting up and adjusting pension plans,

(2) the tax treatment of pensions,

(3) the amount of retirement benefits and pension contributions,

(4) international aspects of pensions and

(5) discussions with industry wide pension funds.

Bas has obtained a PhD in pension law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2012. He has written more than one hundred of scientific articles and speaks frequently at seminars and webinars.

He joined the Expatise Faculty in 2022.
