Remote work refers to any professional activity performed outside of a company's dedicated office space in a location chosen by the employee. This flexible arrangement encompasses various settings, including co-working spaces, private homes, and cafes. As work locations diversify, employers must adapt their duty of care to ensure employee well-being across these different settings.
