About the event
Last week, Ewald Oberhammer presented Part 1 in the series EU Posting of Workers. He explained the uniform principles and overarching objectives of the PWD sources of law: the Rome I Regulation, the Posting of Workers Directive, the Enforcement Directive, and the Transparency Directive.
