Olaf de Ruyter

As Manager Global Mobility Olaf is responsible for the entire assignment population of Tata Steel in Europe, including policies (design and implementation, benchmarking, etc) and processes for Tata Steel in Europe (including several US based entities).

Additionally Olaf is responsible for all assignments from Tata Steel Group into Europe. Olaf holds a Bachelor degree in Human Resources and the International Mobility Officerec designation.

Olaf joined the Expatise Faculty in 2014.
