Marcel is partner in the Netherlands' leading business immigration law firm, Marcel brings over 16 years experience in all aspects of Dutch and EU immigration. His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and business immigration work, including, inter alia, work permit applications in all categories, intra-company transfers, HSMP, permit transfer in connection with M&A, compliance training, defining compliance policies, EU and non-EU services provision issues and trade and investor applications for US nationals. Marcel is especially knowledgeable on immigration compliance and providing immigration solutions in connection with cross-border service provison, notably on-site consultancy and installation assignments. Everaert's corporate immigration practice group services multiple global consultancy and IT service providers who need to post staff with customers in the EEA, and he has gained significant experience in this field.
