Our collaboration with our clients is personal and abased on mutual trust. It is important to us to understand what motivates our clients from an employment law perspective. You can expect from us a high level of service. In case of emergencies, we are available 24/7.

The cross-border Hybrid Work Model refers to a work arrangement where employees split their time between working remotely and working in a physical office but in different countries. It allows companies to tap into a global talent pool and gives employees more flexibility in choosing where they live and work. However, it also presents all sorts of (compliance) challenges, for example, in the area of labor law.

In this Week's Webinar, Alain Camonier of Pallas Attorneys-at-Law will discuss some of the main points of attention for employers with staff working remotely across country borders, the liability risks and how to tackle them. In particular, Alain will focus on the set-up of the hybrid work contract, the reintegration after illness, the (dis)functioning of the employee, and the employer's liabilities in case of injuries.

The webinar starts at 4 pm CET and consists of a 30-minute presentation followed by questions and discussions.
