Navigating the challenges of remote cross-border work with the help of new (international) HR policies and processes
Working remotely across country borders offers not only advantages for employees but employers as well, provided they know
- how to navigate the business needs, the employee’s demands, and the many compliance requirements (legal, immigration, social securities, taxation employee and employer);
- without financial and reputational damages.
Part 1 of this conference (September 16, 2022) was about understanding and mapping the Remote Work Compliance challenges.
This conference (Part 2) will be about navigating the many challenges and making Remote Cross-border Work happen with the help of new insights gained, experiences and the needed HR policies and processes.
Speakers from Vanderlande Industries, Danone, Siemens and Ernst & Young will share their experiences, insights, best practices, and knowledge on Remote Workforce Deployment, the Remote Work business case, and HR Policymaking, followed by discussions where participants share their views with peers.
This working conference is organized by the Dutch Platform Multinationals I&II and the Expatise Learning Platform.
