Webinar in Dutch - New Rules under the Amended PWD as of 30 July 2020

From the end of July 2020, a number of far-reaching new rules under the Amended Posting of Workers Directive will apply to secondments within the EU:

• The labour law of the host country will apply to secondments from the moment they exceed 12 months (or on request, 18 months);
• Collective labour agreements that have been declared universally binding have a stronger effect;
• Equal pay for equal work;
• Stricter rules for temping agencies.

Expatise Academy, in collaboration with Alain Camonier of Pallas Attorneys at law, will organise a webinar during which he will explain these changes and answer questions about their implications for secondments from/to the Netherlands.
