Who

This topic is relevant for anyone who is involved in sending employees to carry out a service in another EU Member State on a temporary basis, in the context of a contract of services, an intra-group posting or a hiring out through a temporary agency.

Why

By July 30th 2020, a new set of rules will enter into force throughout the European Union that will have significant implications for EU Posted Workers and the Global Mobility practice.

What

The event will take a multidisciplinary approach to the implications of the new rules for the Global Mobility practice from a labour law, immigration and social security perspective and will focus on case studies, best practices and challenges from a practical point of view in terms of processes, internal organisation, tools.

The program will consist of the following topics:

13.00 – 14.00 Nihat Kurt: Immigration and outbound assignments to other EU countries;

14.15 – 15.00 Sander van Riel: Immigration and inbound assignments to the Netherlands;

15.15 – 16.00 Social security: A1 issues and best practices;
