Angela Eijsbouts (Additive Industries B.V.)

Angela is an HR Professional with 10+ years experience in international environment, managing a variety of HR topics: Global Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, International Assignments/ Global Mobility, Staffing, Policies and Procedures, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions and Performance Management. Marijke Have (IKEA Group)

Marijke is Global Mobility Process Developer at IKEA Group. As part of the Global Mobility Team, she looks after improvements in the recently launched new Global Mobility set-up within IKEA Group (processes, policies, providers, metrics, workflow related IT). 

In this role she provide global mobility expertise and interprets, explains and improves policies and processes related to moving Ikea's talents abroad. Before taking on this role in Jan 2017, Marijke was global mobility expert in the core project team that designed and implemented a new mobility approach linking mobility to talent, launch mobility policy framework and a new mobility services organisation in 25+ countries. 

Ellen Jansma (ING)

Ellen is HR generalist with technical Global Mobility skills. She uses this experience combined with her MBA insights in an international business environment where humans are considered the capital of the organization. Currently Ellen holds the position of Manager Global Mobility at ING.

Previoulsy she was Head of International Mobility at BOOKING.COM and PHILIPS and additionally, as VP Head of International Mobility she maintained accountability for ensuring the programme is in line with company objectives, compliant with relevant immigration, taxation and legal obligations, and providesd both protection and value to both the company and employee. Prior to Philips Ellen worked for Heineken International as Global Mobility Manager.

Peter Janssen (TNT)

Peter is responsible for various Centres of Expertise providing International HR Services to TNT's businesses worldwide: International Mobility, International Equity Compensation, International (Individual) Employment Tax Expertise, Job Grading and Benchmarking and International Benefits. Functional owner TNT Jobs (vacancy site) and International Compensation for top 600 TNT.
He has been responsible for HR KPI reporting and Data Integrity Expertise Centre. Peter has been ad-interim Manager HR Shared Service Centre TNT Head Office - Benelux an chairman of TNT's Head Office's Complaints Committee.

Jai Patel (Royal Philips)

Jai currently holds the position of Head of International Mobility at Royal Philips.

Prior to working at Philips, Jai worked for Deloitte as a member of the specialist Global Employer Services team. In January 2014, he returned to the Netherlands from a 2-year secondment to their London office. Global mobility, executive pay design and corporate governance are his key areas of interest.

Olaf de Ruyter (Tata Steel)

As Manager Global Mobility Olaf is responsible for the entire assignment population of Tata Steel in Europe, including policies (design and implementation, benchmarking, etc) and processes for Tata Steel in Europe (including several US based entities).
Additionally Olaf is responsible for all assignments from Tata Steel Group into Europe. Olaf holds a Bachelor degree in Human Resources and the International Mobility Officerec designation.



Erika Wols-Schmidt (AkzoNobel )

Erika is Manager Global Mobility at AkzoNobel and worked mainly in global focused organizations and projects and is recognized as a results oriented person, a team player, an effective operational/improvement manager, pro-active and customer oriented and rewarded for building bridges and solving complex issues.

Her specialties are Global Reward, Process management and improvement projects, Human Resources, Expatriate management, Long Term Incentives, Global service operation, HRIS, Functional management of HR information systems implementations, Compensation and Benefits, Content management, HR consultancy.



Henk Zeilstra (CGI Netherlands)

As HR Director of CGI Netherlands, Henk is responsible for HR Strategy, policies and processes. Prior to this role he worked for Royal Boskalis Westminster, responsible for HR strategy & operations for the division Offshore & Energy and PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC) as Senior Director in the fields of international mobility strategy, assignment terms and conditions (e.q. policies) and HR processes.
Henk has more than 25 years of experience in both HR operations and consultancy and is fascinated by the impact of global business ambitions on HR strategy and function, especially the consequences for Recruiment and Retention, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and International Mobility.
