In his job he combines management, sales, accountmanagement and HR consulting. One day he is a trusted advisor helping organisations understand how reward or talent can be managed efficiently and effectively in their international organisation to get the appropriate return on investment and the other day he's creating business opportunities with his team by actively approaching new possible markets and clients.
