Philip currently holds the position of Director Talent & Rewards at Interxion and has more than 20 years of experience in HR and reward consulting in the areas of HR and reward strategy, broad-based and executive compensation and benefits, sales force effectiveness, talent and performance management, employee engagement and corporate restructuring and change (mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, etc.). Philip has worked with many large multinationals, primarily in the durable and non-durable consumer goods, food and beverage, hightech and life sciences industries. Prior to joining Interxion, Philip worked as a senior HR/Reward consultant at Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, Hewitt Associates,  and Fortis. Philip holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and a master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. He speaks Dutch and English and is conversant in German and French.  

Philip joined Expatise Academy in 2013.
