Monique is specialized in the design and implementation of Reward and Talent Programs, Defining Total Rewards and Employee Value Proposition. She has a lot experience with the defining and implementing of job evaluation of WTW and reward programs Business development and project management for large (international) clients. Recent projects include (global) job levelling, career management, reward & talent programs, HR Technology and aligning HR with business strategy.
