Julia has over 17 years experience in global mobility advisory and operations. She works with clients to design and develop global mobility frameworks to optimise the performance of the global mobility function. This includes design and implementation of global mobility strategy and supporting frameworks including policy and process; vendor selection; review and implementation of fit for purpose operating models all leading to global mobility function performance improvement. In addition to advising on the global mobility program delivery framework, be it an inhouse, outsourced or co-sourced solution, she is responsible for a team of assignment services practitioners providing end-to-end operational support to clients in the delivery of their mobility programs. Julia is the UK&I lead of Ernst & Young’s Mobility Performance Improvement and Assignment Services team.
In 2018 Julia joined the Expatise Faculty.
