As HR Director of CGI Netherlands, Henk is responsible for HR Strategy, policies and processes.Prior to this role he worked for Royal Boskalis Westminster, responsible for HR strategy & operations for the division Offshore & Energy and Price Waterhouse Cooper (PWC) as Senior Director in the fields of international mobility strategy, assignment terms and conditions (e.q. policies) and HR processes (covering the full assignee lifecycle: selection, performing, developing and retaining international mobile staff as well as all transactional / administrative processes).
Henk has more than 25 years of experience in both HR operations and consultancy and is fascinated by the impact of global business ambitions on HR strategy and function, especially the consequences for Recruiment and Retention, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and International Mobility. He is a strong believer in the need for international compensation and benefits strategies, considering long term business strategy and global economic developments, and enjoys transferring business strategy into HR strategy.
