Ellen is HR generalist with technical Global Mobility skills. She uses this experience combined with her MBA insights in an international business environment where humans are considered the capital of the organization. Currently Ellen holds the position of Manager Global Mobility a.i. at Booking.com.
Previoulsy she was Head of International Mobility at PHILIPS and additionally, as VP Head of International Mobility she maintained accountability for ensuring the programme is in line with company objectives, compliant with relevant immigration, taxation and legal obligations, and providesd both protection and value to both the company and employee. Prior to Philips Ellen worked for Heineken International as Global Mobility Manager.
Ellen joined the Expatise Faculty in 2016.
