David, owner and General Manager of Troika Relocations is an Irish national who has lived and worked in Russia for over 20 years. Originally travelling to Russia as an expatriate assignee with an international FMCG company, David has been involved in the relocation industry since 2005, and established Troika in 2007.
Troika offer Destination and Immigration services throughout Russia, and via network partners in other CIS countries. Troika’s Immigration departments manages each step of the Work Permit and Visa procurement process, and works closely with the Russian authorities to ensure positive outcomes for their clients.
David played a leading role in the establishment of the Relocation Committee of the Association of European Businesses in Russia, and chaired that committee from 2011 – 2014. During this time the committee edited and published the “Step By Step” Guide to Living in Moscow, as essential guide for corporate HR and for expatriate assignees.
