After a Master in Law and Economics, Bettina Tang has 20+ years of work experience; working in international organisations handling operational and strategic mobility issues as well as general compensation and benefit matters both as in-house advisor and manager. Her experience is broadly based within corporate, consultancy and public sector in both HQ and affiliate functions while employed in Novo Nordisk, Borealis, Deloitte and Danish Tax Office/SKAT. Since 2011 she has her own consulting business, Tang People Mobility, offering advisory services within global mobility. This includes global mobility policy reviews and development, internal process mapping or reviews, RFP/vendor management, Interim manager etc. for companies like Danisco/DuPont, Carlsberg, Arla Foods, Eitzen Chemicals, Schneider Electric, Air-Inc, Mars, KBC, Yara Int. 

Bettina is half Danish/half German and has lived and worked abroad and managed multinational teams and projects within several nationalities and cultures like Scandinavia, most of Europe, Asia (India, China, Japan and Australian), USA, South America (Brazil, Mexico), Russia and Middle East (UAE).


Bettina joined Expatise Faculty in 2016.
