From graduate student to GM intern

The first stage in the Expatise® HR GM Education Program, the HR GM Orientation Course for Graduate students in their final year at the University of Applied Science, was completed in September 2012: 22 weeks fulltime learning combined with an internship.

Every year large numbers of future HR GM colleagues pass this course, obtain the EC HR Global Mobility Assistant quality designation and find their way to international companies, consultants, service providers or government organizations.

As a result of its success, more and more companies and institutions offer longer internships for these students. This enabled us to prolong the course with a 12 month work-learning program during which post-graduate students work for international employers, consultants, service providers or government organisations on GM assignments while being further educated at Expatise Academy in the HR GM Introduction Course.
