Target audience

The program trains participants for an international position. Colleagues from large multinational companies like KLM, Tata Steel, VanderLande, NXP, Philips but also from smaller internationally operating companies too, such as Atradius, CB&I, Cognizant and Qlik attended the course. The profile of these colleagues differs: sometimes it’s a senior employee responsible for the C&B position within their organisation, sometimes a high potential in training te become senior consultant. In other words, a mixture of seasoned specialists and up-and-coming talent.

The group consists of no more than 12 participants to ensure optimum interaction during the lectures

Successful completion of the course will lead to certification by the Expatise Academy: ECInternational Comp&Ben Advisor.

Tuition amounts to € 8.000 excluding VAT per person. This includes 14 teaching days (full day sessions from 09:00 to 17:00 with lunch and free parking), study materials, access to the Expatise Personal Learning Environment with a Helpdesk, online library and peer2peer communities, certification & EC-registration, membership of the Expatise Alumni Network.

Final assessment and coaches

The gained knowledge and skills will be tested by means of a final assignment: writing a C&B policy for the participant’s own organisation. Each module contains elements and assignments that form the building blocks of this paper. Additionally, every participant is appointed a coach that will assist him/her in the making of their final assignment.

Location & agenda

The location as well as the agenda of the face-to-face class room sessions will be decided upon in consultation with the participants. The classes are given at the location of the participants’ companies so that they can learn from the C&B practice from fellow participants.
